For those of you who are participating in the 11th Leo Forum, Miri,
Please read through the Forum Rules below.

11th District 308-A2 Leo Forum, Miri

HOUSE RULES REGISTRATION, CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

1. Registration and check in begins at 8am on 7th June 2013, Friday and ends at 5pm, 7th June 2013;
2. Check out before 2 pm on 9th June 2013, Sunday [includes buffet lunch];
3. All charges incurred as a result of earlier arrivals, late check out and
extended stay will be borne by the LEOs and LIONS themselves;
4. Please return room keys to Eastwood Valley Golf & Country Club (EW) reception counter upon checking out. You will be charged by EW for any
lost of keys.
CODE OF CONDUCT
A. Identification Tag
1. Identification tag MUST be worn at all times during the Forum. Any participant found without identification tag will receive a warning (with a marking done on the identification tag) and be requested to put it on immediately.
2. A fine of RM5.00 and disciplinary action will be taken against any participant found without identification tag after the initial warning.
3. Delegates without identification tag will not be allowed to enter any forum event and meals.
4. Replacement upon verification for loss of identification tag is charged at RM10.00 per tag.
5. Dinner coupons must be presented during the opening and closing dinner.
B. Attendance
1. All delegates MUST attend all Forum events. Disciplinary measures will be taken against any delegate skipping the events without approval or found in hotel room during forum events.
2. PUNCTUALITY must be observed for all forum events.

C. Behavior
1. Delegates who are involved in any sort of crime, misbehavior, smoking, consumption or possession of alcoholic drinks and or illegal drugs, rowdiness, violation of house rules, fighting, littering and gambling will be asked to leave the forum venue immediately without refund of registration fees, room and meals payment. The parent shall be notified of such misconduct.
2. Lights have to be off at the scheduled time as announced by sergeant at arms.
3. Disciplinary action will be taken against any delegate found in the room of the opposite sex.
4. Disciplinary action will be taken against any delegate found not in their own room after lights off.
5. No delegate will be allowed to leave the forum venue unless prior consent is obtained from DC Leos or Leo Adviser/Faculty Adviser and endorsed by DG or PDG James Teo for urgent matters. This decision will be final. Disciplinary action will be taken against any delegate found leaving the forum venue without written permission.
6. Swimming pool, ponds and golf course areas are strictly out of bound for all delegates
7. The Forum Organising Committee will not be responsible for lost and or damage of any personal belongings
8. The usage of handphones during the seminars, workshops, opening and closing ceremony is strictly prohibited.
D. Dress Code
1. Delegates must observe dress code for all forum events.
2. Delegates without proper dress code will be requested to change before
attending any function/dinner/event.
3. Shoes for male delegate or formal footwear for female delegates must be
put on during all official functions and meals served in the forum venue.
4. No mini skirts and or singlets and or sleeveless shirts allowed.
EASTWOOD VALLEY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS
1. All room service charges are borne by delegates (phones, laundry, food etc)
2. All delegates must observe room cleanliness even though there is house
keeping services.
3. The EW’s properties are not allowed to be taken out of the club unless
they have been purchased.
4. Delegates must observe the EW’s rules and regulations.
5. Delegates have to pay for any damage and or missing items of EW’s
properties.
6. Please return all “LOST AND FOUND” items to the Secretariat.
7. Please cooperate with security personnels and or Sergeant at arms at
various checkpoints at forum venue.
